QuickCapture Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of QuickCapture ("the App"), a Windows screen capture program provided by the QuickCapture Team ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App for personal and business purposes.

You are responsible for the content of your screenshots and for how you store and share them. If a capture contains other people's personal information, you must handle it lawfully.

5. Privacy

The App works locally and collects no personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Updates and changes

We may change the App and these terms to improve features or security. Changes, with their effective date, will be announced in the App or on the download page.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
